WILL HEISSE AND WAYMAN TAKE ON BOYD A FACE OF THE DEEP STATE FLORIDA REPUBLICAN ESTABLISHMENT PARTY?
According to reliable sources, Republican Jacki Heisse is giving serious thought to take on Florida Republican State Senator Jim Boyd in the Republican primary. Also considering running in November against Boyd, if Boyd wins the Republican primary is registered America First candidate Trent Wayman.
Both Heisse and Wayman have name recognition and favorability with voters in the District and can beat Boyd, who the last thing Boyd desires is a Republican primary or a general election campaign with a America First candidate.
BOYD HAS NO PROBLEM WITH AMERICA FIRST ACTIVISTS BEING PURGED
Both Heisse and Wayman thinking off taking onBoyd were the duly elected Manatee County Party Executive Committee (MREC) State Committeeman and State Committeewoman deposed by the RPOF, while Senator Boyd and various other establishment Republican office holders said not a word about the removal of the duly elected Heisse and Wayman.
The actions by the RPOF Grievance Committeere recommending, and Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) Chairman Evan Power approving, the brazen removal of elected Manatee County State Republican Committeeman Wayman and Committeewoman Heisse was outrageous. Not a word from Boyd voicing his disaproval.
Helmich/Ramba/Powwer
It has become apparent to Heisse, Wayman and the thousands of other America First activists throughout the state of Florida, who have been purged by the RPOF led by Tallahassee based lobbyists---who are Chairman of the RPOF Power, Executive Director of the RPOF Bill Helmich and David Ramba of Ramba Consultants---that action needs to be taken to take on the Deep State Florida Republican establishment politicians like Boyd, Power and Helmich operating in the Tallahassee swamp.
Manatee County in becoming the epicenter of those being purged throughout Florida and with Manatee County emerging as a focal point for individuals affected by administrative decisions originating from the RPOF in Tallahassee, it appears that either Heisse or Wayman could be the logical individual to take on the face of the Deep State establishment Republican party swimming in the Tallahassee swamp, Seantor Boyd.
Boyd is a Deep State Republican establishment politicak hack, who will have been swimming in the Talahassee swamp for over 18 years, if he finishes his Florida Senate term in 2028.
Boyd is the political hack, who is one of the Florida legislature leaders who voted to pass SB 180. The legislation stopping the weakening of wetlands protections and prevents Manatee County Commissioners from eliminating flooding issues in current and future developments by "Pay to Play" developers.
The legislation blocks Manatee County Commissioners efforts to reduce wetlands protections and allows "Pay to Play" developers to continue to disregard the County Commissioners effords to prevent present and future flooding.
Beruff
The Commission legislation increasing wetland buffers would decrease developers like Carlos Beruff and Pat Neal profits and increase development expenses, while protecting homes from flooding and enhancing wildlife and human safety.
Neal
Neal is said to have been the driving force behind the Boyd approved controversial Florida SB 180, as Craig Pittman of the Florida Phoenix has written, “The word in Tallahassee is that its major proponent is a big-time developer in Manatee County named Pat Neal. " Pitman said that under this law, buyers of Neal-built homes will still face the same flooding risks.
Maley
Neal is the same individual, who Bradenton Times editor Mitch Maley called "a vulture, who has scarfed down enough chicken bones to choke a whale."
BOYD A NEAL POLITICAL “HACK”
Manatee County State Legislators Bill Connerly and Will Robinson who joined Boyd on voting for what Neal and Beruff so desired
Neal wanted 2025 legislators like Boyd and other Manatee legislators to block local governments from making any changes in their development codes that would better protect people from hurricane damage. With the Senate Bill 180 approved by Boyd, Neal got what he wanted, as Governor Ron DeSantis signed it into law.
Furthermore, just as the local elected Manatee County Republican Executive Committee man and woman Wayman and Heisse were deposed, and replaced by unelected MREC State Committee members, Manatee County Commissioners are now being threatened with removal if they continue passing legislation increasing wetland buffers protecting homes from flooding and enhancing wildlife and human safety.
BOYD “BETRAYED” THE VOTERS OF MANATEE COUNTY AND BEYOND

The Deep State Republican establishmentpolitical hack Boyd involvement in SB180 is described by Joe McClash in this fashion, “Senate Bill 180 was the ultimate betrayal for our Manatee County — you knew that last year [when] this community sent a loud and unifying message. They voted for restoring wetland protection, and you as our senator, Jim Boyd,
you really betrayed us with the passage of Senate bill 180.” McClash, is a Republican who served on the Manatee County Commission from 1990 to 2012.
According to Kevin Wright, because of Boyd and his Deep State Republican establishment legislators swimming in the Tallahassee swamp, “Right now, in Manatee County, our board of county commissioners cannot do what we the people elected them to do. Why? Because of the vague language contained in SB 180.” Wright demanded of Boyd and his colleagues stating, “We want you to restore the will of the people!” Wright is a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel and member of the Manatee County Republican Liberty Caucus.

Haley Busch, communications, and outreach director for smart-growth group 1000 Friends of Florida on behalf of an Orange County resident has told Boyd sections 18 and 28 of SB 180 “undermine every other local priority that Floridians and Manatee County residents care about.”
BOYD DESIRES TWO MORE YEARS TO “BETRAY”MANATEE VOTERS
Boyd previously represented the 68th District from 2010 to 2012, the 71st District from 2012 to 2018 and the Florida Senate. from 2020 to 2028 if re-elected in 2026. If Boyd is re-elected, the go ole boys in Tallahassee have selected this political hack to be the President of the Florida State Senate from 2027 to 2028.
If Boyd faces a challenge as the designated 2027 Florida Senate President and key figure of the Deep State Republican establishment, it's time to acknowledge what Florida's major media have overlooked.
The obvious is that here in Florida there is a fight for the soul of the Florida Republican Party, and it has been going on for over a year. A struggle between the Deep State Republican establishment operating out of the Tallahassee swamp and the Trump MAGA America First activists.
THOUSANDS SEEK BOYD’S SOUL MATES POWER AND HELMICH REMOVAL
It is being reported that the action by Heisse and Wayman follows a ignored petition that had been circulating since over a year ago and signed by thousands of MAGA America First grassroots activists in Florida calling for, among other grievances, the resignations of RPOF Chairman Power and the RPOF Executive Director Helmich.
The petition stated it was an attempt to make things right and return the Deep State establishment RPOF back to the MAGA America First movement. That could only be accomplished with the removal of the Tallahassee based Deep State establishment RPOF Chairman Power and the RPOF Executive Director Helmich stepping down as Chairman and Executive Director of the RPOF.
The petition stated that thousands of Republicans, all America First Republicans, who were holding politicians to those moral standards, were thrown out. According to the petition, Power, Helmich and other RPOF officials lied, deceived, and intimidated members to toe the line and split the party.

The immediate suspension of both Mark Cross, chairman of the grievance committee from the Republican Party for gross malfeasance and William Stafford Jones, of the grievance committee from the Republican Party for gross malfeasance.
The suspension of Cross and Jones is centered around Heisee and Wayman’s Constitutional rights being violated by the Tallahassee based RPOF grievance in removing the elected Wayman and Heisse fromthe MREC leadership positions.
The petition included an immediate end of the purging of MAGA/America First members regardless of other organization affiliation and the opening of rolls to allow in new membership.

POWER REFUSES TO REINSTATE HEISSE AND WAYMAN
Power has refused to reinstate the duly elected Heise and Wayman despite requests by two of Florida's most respected America First grassroot activist, who are the above mentioned Kevin Wright and the longtime leader of the America First Manatee Ciounty Patriots organization, Jack May.

Both Wright and May organizations led the fight to take out “Pay to Play” developers Beruff and Neal and their political operative Pedicini handpicked candidates, who turned the Manatee County Commission into a Shit Show.
At a recent America First Manatee County Patriots meeting, Boyd was contronted by Phil Dann for his various votes that did not reprsent the views of the majority of Boyd's constituents. Dann is a former radio show host, fundraiser and leading America First activist in the area.

What was stunning was who Power appointed to replace Wayman was his soul mate, Jenning DePriest, who is connected to the Beruff/Neal Tampa/Ybor City based political operative Anthony Pedicini.
