At the recent Power created MREC meeting there were only fifteen selected RPOF members attending. Present was an unelected Chairman and other unelected officers, who approved their over $90,000 in the treasury to be managed by an unnamed entity in Tallahassee.
Those MAGA America First activists purged by Power had sent a message state-wide that Governor Ron DeSantis and his multi dollar “Pay to Play” developer contributors Beruff and Neal’s Lavender Republican political operative Pedicini got defeated. All of their handpicked County Commission candidates went down in defeat in Manatee County.

Satcher was a former Manatee County Commissioner handpicked by Pedicini.

I hope this letter finds you all well. I also hope this year brings renewed strength and unity to the many true conservatives and patriots who have been sidelined by the Florida GOP establishment.
You already know the story: The Republican Party of Florida (RPOF), under Chair Evan Power, suspended and then dissolved the entire Manatee County Republican Executive Committee (REC) in September 2024,exactly 18 days after the establishment, pay-to-play, builder-backed candidates lost to the grassroots-backed populist candidates in the County primary.
This unprecedented move was clearly a direct response to our successful efforts to defeat the big-money candidates in favor of those who truly represent Republican voters and taxpayer interests in Manatee County.
Instead of celebrating and respecting the will of the people, the RPOF immediately purged our REC membership of its grassroots, installed handpicked totally compliant appointees, and removed our duly elected State Committeeman and woman, on the eve of a critical national election.
