Hidden behind the Pedicini lawfare is the connection between his attorney filing the Pedicini lawfare, Florida State Representative Alex Andrade and the Don “Daddy” Gaetz and Matt “Baby” Gaetz pollical machine in the Florida panhandle.
In 2015, "Baby" Gaetz and "Daddy" Gaetz supported the presidential campaign of Jeb Bush. In a email exchange between Bush and Matt Gaetz, Bush thanked the younger Gaetz for his willingness to go door to door with him in the Iowa presidential primary campaign in 2016.

Also hidden behind the Pedicini lawfare is that The Sarasota Phoenix reported that a trio of Tallahassee based lobbyist, who are lobbyist David Ramba, the lobbyist and RPOF Chairman Evan Power and the lobbyist RPOF Executive Director Bill Helmich. The trio are part of a Deep State Republican Party establishment operating out the Tallahassee swamp to take dwn the America First movement.

The Sarasota Phoenix reported that Ramba, who is the “top dog” in this trio allows Power, Helmich and their cronies to operate the RPOF like a bunch of drunks, while financing Pedicini to elect Republican establishment candidates stuffed in the pockets of “Pay to Play” developers.

Another hidden reasons for the Pedicini lawfare is that The Sarasota Phoenix has written exposing Andrade, Pedicini, Ramba, Power, Helmich, and a Gaetz "trio" connection to John “Pot Boss” Morgan and his fellow Democrat, the present Florida Democrat Party Chairwoman, Nikki Fried. All are connected in support of legalizing marijuana in Florida.
Fried, as the Florida's Agriculture Commissioner was an advocate for the drug and pushed to fully implrment the 2016 marijuana amendment. and promised to create a “Director of Cannabis" position in her department.

The TSP also reported that not only did a "Gaetz Trio" have an interest in Florida’s $1.2 billion medical marijuana industry, but they also had an interest in their enjoyment of politics, fancy travel and the company of beautiful women. (See below).
Another reason behind the Pedicini lawfare lawsuit filed by the Gaetz flunky Andrade, is that TSP reported that a U.S House Ethics report found substantial evidence that former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) paid a 17-year-old homeless high school student needing money for braces for sex when Gaetz was thirty-five. The report said Gaetz used drugs such as cocaine and ecstasy and impeded Congress’s investigation into his actions.

Dorsev had become a threat to the Gaetz’s control of their fiefdom in the Florida Panhandle, as a Trump MAGA America First candidate. Dosev as a retired United States Marine officer with a combat record and strong family value history ran against "Baby Gaetz" for the U.S Congress in 2016 and 2018 and lost in bitterly contested Republican primaries.
The dark money funds were then routed from Jensen Beach to Pedicini’s SIMWINS LLC in Ybor City, where Pedicini put Andrade’s political flyers together against Dosev and had them placed in the district's mailboxes.

Well before Gaetz would gain national attention for his support of President Donald Trump, Gaetz would carve out an unusual reputation in Tallahassee, as a Republican who wanted to liberalize marijuana laws.

As TSP pointed out, Gaetz had a interest in the Florida $1.2 billion medical marijuana industry along with his cronies, Jason "POT DOC" Pirozzolo and former Florida State Representative Halsey "I ll plant it if you legalize it" Beshears.
Once Gaetz' s had legislation passed, it created lucrative new opportunities for Beshears’ family and Pirozzolo. The long-standing nursery owned by Beshears’ family was awarded one of five highly coveted licenses to cultivate and dispense medical marijuana.
Eight days later, Pirozzolo started a consulting firm connecting marijuana businesses with medical directors, the Orlando Sentinel reported. He later co-founded a group called the American Medical Marijuana Physicians Association, which advocates for doctors who recommend medical cannabis.
The TSP reported that not only had Beshears, Gaetz and Pirozzolo had an interest in Florida’s $1.2 billion medical marijuana industry, the trio were united in their enjoyment of politics, fancy travel and the company of beautiful women.
TSP reported those "interests" became part of a U.S Federal investigation when the threesome vacationed in the Bahamas after the pro marijuana legislation was passed in the Flarida Legislature. The investigation included whether women who were part of entourage that landed in the Bahamas were paid to travel for sex with the trio, which is a potential federal crime

The Sarasota Phoenix quoted an Orlando Sentinel report that the Bahamas trip became a central element of further federal investigations that included Gaetz involvement with Joel Greenberg, who eventually was sentence to 11 years in a Federal prison. Greenberg was sentenced for sex trafficking of a minor, identity theft and stalking.
The Sentinel reported what began as an inquiry into sex trafficking and whether Gaetz paid women and an underage girl in exchange for sex grew into a larger review of public corruption and a U.S House of Representatives Ethics report..
After a multiyear investigation, the House Ethics Committee reported that that former Representative Matt Gaetz paid “tens of thousands of dollars” to various women, including one 17-year-old girl, “for sex and/or drugs” on at least 20 occasions.

The U.S House of Representatives Ethics report stated in the summer of 2017, U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz attended a party filled with drugs and paid escorts that was hosted by former state Rep. Chris Dorworth and lobbyist for the Ballard Partners lobbying firm at his Heathrow, Florida home, according to witness testimony in federal court documents.
"Call girls roamed the premises with access to the bedrooms in the Dorworth residence to engage in sexual activities, as well as alcohol, cocaine, ecstasy, also known as molly and marijuana,” according to
statements quoted in the documents.
As TSP reported, the review of the alleged public corruption became a larger investigation eventually ending with the release of a U.S House of Representatives ethics investigation, which ended Gaetz nomination to be the U.S Attorney General.
Gaetz has repeatedly denied having sexual contact with a minor and other wrong doing. Gaetz in response to the House Ethics report said he had engaged in “embarrassing, though not criminal” past behavior.
Gaetz is also stating recently the reason he was removed for consideration from being appointed the U.S Attorney General was not because of the U.S Congress Ethics report, but because of not taking money from The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC formerly the "American Zionist Committee for Public Affairs).
That is highly unlikely that Gaetz appointment to be the U.S Attorney General was caused by not taking money from The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC formerly the "American Zionist Committee for Public Affairs).

Highly unlikely in that Boris Epshteyn, who is the individual widely reported to have been the one who convinced President Donald Trump to nominate the controversial Florida Republican Representative Gaetz for Attorney-General, was the strategic advisor and co-chair of the Jewish Voices for Trump Advisory Board for Trump's 2020 re-election campaign.
