The Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) has become a major part of the Tallahassee swamp controlled by three Tallahassee based lobbyists, who are the RPOF Chairman Evan Power, RPOF Executive Director of the RPOF Bill Helmich and David Ramba of Ramba Consultants.
While RPOF Chairman Power and RPOF Executive Director Helmich are swimming in the Tallahassee swamp they are double dipping as lobbyists for the Lume Hemp Company, which is "Michigan's largest cannabis company looking to Florida to sell a different kind of weed to adults in Florida." The Michigan based Lume Cannabis Company marijuana machine that is looking to sell a diferent kind of marijuana in Florida with Power, Helmich and Ramba as their lobbyists.
According to the Detroit Caines Business magazine company, Michigan's largest cannabis company looks to Florida to sell a different kind of weed to adults in Florida.
"Feb 24, 2025 ·Evart-based Lume Cannabis Co. has founded a new company, Lume Hemp Co. in Florida, to capture a portion of the massive and growing national market forhemp-derived THC."
The RPOF is now in control of lobbyists Power, Helmich, Ramba and other establishment Republicans in Tallahassee in bed with a Michigan company, Luma Hemp Company a.k.a the Luma Cannabis Company seeking in Florida to " capture a portion of the massive and growing national market for hemp-derived THC."
It is scandalous and near criminal that Power and Helmich are lobbying for a multi million-dollar Michigan firm to sell marijuana to adults in Florida, while at the same time Power is being paid $200,000 as Chairman of the RPOF and Helmich is being paid $200,000, as the Executive Director of the RPOF.

As the liberal press ignores Power, Helmich and Ramba swimming in the corrupt Tallahassee swamp they also bury their heads in the sand following the lead of the disgraced former U.S Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz flunky Alex Andrade in attacking Governor Ron DeSantis and Casey DeSantis.
The Gaetz/Andrade duo, who have been long time promoters of selling marijuana to adults are attacking the DeSantis' for funneling $10 million to take down marijuana for adults, while not a word about $165 million to promote selling marijuana to adults.
Not a word from Andrade pushing Geatz agenda to take out DeSantis', while ignoring Power, Helmich and Ramba lobbyist for a multi-million dollar Michigan cannabis company coming to Florida, "seeking to capture a portion of the massive and growing national market for hemp-derived THC."
This near criminal enterprise of double dipping by the leadership of the RPOF began when Power took control of the RPOF operations, which are not being run out of the RPOF headquarters, but at the Ramba Consulting office at 120 South Monroe Street in Tallahassee.
Helmich operates at another office on 120 South Monroe Street, double-dipping as a paid lobbyist for firms like the Lume Hemp Company, while being paid as Executive Director of the RPOF.

While Power is double dipping out of Ramba Consulting office and local Tallahassee watering holes for Lume Hemp Company, Power is also double dipping while Chairman the RPOF with Ramba, as a paid lobbyists for multimillion dollar developers like Pat Neal and Randy Benderson.
The double dipping criminal enterprising operating out of offices on 120 South Monroe Street began not long after Power became Chairman of the RPOF when Power appointed Helmich as Executive Director of the RPOF.
110 South Monroe in Tallahassee not only houses those running the RPOF, but other lobbyists turning the Tallahassee swamp into what it is today. 120 South Monroe Street is like K Street housing lobbyist firms turning Washington D.C into the swamp it is today.
Power and Helmich after Donald Trump was elected President traveled to Washington to try and hook up with big league lobbying firms in the Washington swamp, but those in D.C swamp sent Power and his drinking buddy Helmich back to the Tallahassee swamp.

POWER BEGAN DOUBLE DIPPING AFTER ZIEGLER WAS REMOVED
This apparent criminal enterprise of double dipping by the leadership of the RPOF began when Power replaced Christian Ziegler as Chairman of the RPOF.

Power took controlled of the RPOF when Christian Ziegler was ousted as Chairman of the RPOF for allegedly committing a felony in Sarasota County, which was later debunked, as according to Judge Hunter Carroll, three Sarasota City police officers violated Ziegler's constitutional rights, which has opened the City of Sarasota to a multimillion-dollar lawsuit.
POWER GETS ARRESTED FOR DRUNK DRIVING AND BECOMES RPOF CHAIRMAN
Power being arrested for drunk driving when he ran into a park car in Tallahassee, did not hinder him being elected Chairman of the RPOF.
Despite Power being seen on a police video as undoubtedly intoxicated and reeking of alcohol, Power's DUI was changed to Reckless Driving. In the Tallahassee swamp, if you are part of the swamp and run into a car drunk you get a DUI lowered to a reckless driving charge and become Chairman of the RPOF.
Power as RPOF Chairman first and foremost takes orders from his boss Ramba and gets paid to promote his clients like the Lune Hemp company a.k.a Lune Cannabis Company. At the same time Power salary has been raised from $120,000 to $200,000, as Chairman of the RPOF.
The double dipping of Power and Helmich getting paid as lobbyist for a multimillion-dollar Michigan based company that is "desiring to capture in Florida a portion of the massive and growing national market for hemp-derived THC", while Power and Helmich are getting paid as Chairman and Executive Director of RPOF exemplifies a criminal enterprise by Power and Helmich.
POWER AND HELMICH PURGING TRUMP MAGA AMERICA FIRST ACTIVISTS FROM RPOF
As Power and crony Helmich were double dipping as Chairman and Executive Director of RPOF and making untold $thousands as lobbyists, Power and Helmich began the Republican establishment (RINO) control of the RPOF by purging MAGA America First activists from the RPOF.

Not only were Trump MAGA America First activists’ members and members of the Florida Republican Assembly (FRA) members belonging to local REC’S purged from the RPOF, but any local Trump MAGA America First activists elected to leadership positions within their local REC were removed, as Trent Wayman and Jackie Heisse were removed in Manatee County.

In Manatee County the elected State Committeeman Wayman was replaced by the unelected flunky for Power and the RPOF political operative Anthony Pedicini, Jennings DePriest. Pedicini on numerous occasions has used DePriest to funnel dark PAC and LLC monies to a Democrat operative Jason Blank to take out Republicans.
Power in deposing two elected MREC State Committee man and woman and electing an unelected Chairman of the MREC served as retribution for the Ybor City based consultant Pedicini handpicked establishment candidates being defeated in Republican primaries.
Castor and Pedicini
Pedicini is the same political operative out of Ybor City connected to the liberal Democrat Mayor of Tampa Jane Castor and Castor's "First Lady" Annie Cruz, who is major Democrat operative.

Castor's "First Lady" has helped run Florida campaigns for President Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton. Cruz was executive director of the Florida Democrat Party and worked as a spokesperson for Hillary Clinton's 2008 and 2016 presidential campaigns.
Andrade
Pedicini is also using the Gaetz flunky Andrade, as his attorney in filing a frivolous lawfare lawsuits against various entities in the Manatee area. Those entities were a major part of taking out Pedicini handpicked candidates, who turned the Manatee County Commission into a corrupt SHIT SHOW.
Huntley
Not all the FRA members like Wayman and Heisse were removed from the RPOF, as exemplified in Orange County where a former FRA member Erin Huntley and others were not removed.
Reason being Huntley has now become a Power and Helmich flunky, being groomed as a future Chairwoman of the RPOF, while Power, Helmich, Ramba and their Republican establishment cronies push Huntley’s buttons.
Not only was former FRA member Huntley not removed, likewise FRA members, Bonnie Jackson and Nathan Cassidy were not removed, unlike Wayman and Heisse in Manatee County.
The current State Committeeman and woman in Orange County, like Huntley, who are members of the FRA have gotten inline, becoming flunkies for Power and Helmich’s establishment RPOF.
Huntley, who was a constant companion of Helmich at the recent Republican national convention in Milwaukee, according to sources, could also be slated for another Republican establishment leadership position.
For example, Huntley is running for Florida Representative District 45 and if elected with huge donations from insurance and Bitcoin special interests could become Speaker of the Florida House of Representative.
The Power, Helmich and Ramba flunky Huntley could be selected by a process that has elected freshman Representatives in 2026 electing the Speaker in 2030 if reelected in 2028 and 2030.
Huntley has started to see her political career moving forward in the Tallahassee swamp under Power and Helmich “direction.” For example, Huntley has recently been handpicked by Power to be RPOF Chair of the RPOF Chairpersons.

The RPOF leadership of Power, Helmich, Ramba and other establishment Republicans in Tallahassee have turned a RPOF into a criminal base organization having taken control of the RPOF, while making untold $thousands lobbying for over 50 firms, which include the Lume Hemp Company.
This latest revelation of the leadership of the RPOF lobbying for a multimillion-dollar marijuana Michigan enterprise now looking to get involved with Florida raises the question what other clients Power, Helmich and Ramba are representing, while in the top leadership positions of the RPOF.
It is time the RPOF rank and file along with the liberal press investigate if a criminal enterprise is operating out the RPOF and their lobbying offices at 120 South Monroe Street in Tallahasse, .while Power, Helmich and Ramba are swimming in the Tallahassee swamp.
