Flying under the radar screen is that one of the most watched U.S. Congressional race in the nation is about to take place in Florida’s Congressional 16th District, which has become an open seat with the retirement of U.S Congressman Vern Buchanan.

A longtime Republican America First activist Eddie Speir has nnounced to run against a yet unannounced Republican establishment candidate, no doubt to be handpicked by establishment Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) operating out of the swamp in Tallahassee.
Wiles
Speir and the Republican America First activists could care less if President Donald Trump’s Chief of Staff Susie Wiles whispers in Trump's ear to endorse the Republican establishment handpicked candidate to take on Spier and the America First grassroots activists.
Wiles, who is a former globalist lobbyist for Ballard Partners and Mercry Public Partners has been whispering in Trump's ears for too many establishment Republicans candidates pushing the President Bush's neocon agenda.
Speir has been said to be eagerly looking forward to taking on the RPOF establishment candidate. A Florida Republican establishment candidate, who will have the local RPOF political operative Anthony Pedicini replacement, Max Goodman as their political operative.
Goodman when he worked, as a political director and campaign manager for Republican David Jolly, who is now a Democrat running for Govrnor of Florida.
Pedicini
The Ybor City based lavender RPOF political operative Pedicini has been banished by the local political Republican establishment, due to losing a number of campaigns in Manatee County for the Carlos Beruff/Pat Neal political machine.
Pedicini is who the Florida Trident calls the "HATCETMAN with shady money and shadier tactics." According to the Florida Trident, Pedicini has received $millions from the RPOF.
Castor and Pedicini
For over a year, Pedicini has continued efforts to pursue lawfare legal action against The Sarasota Phoenix and their Publisher Jon Susce over being described as a "Lavender Republican," referencing Pedicini’s public connection to Tampa's Democratic Mayor Jane Castor.
Pedicini and Cruz
Pedicini also has a problem with a picture of the RPOF political operative; in The Sarasota Phoenix with Castor's "First Lady " Anna Cruz, who is a major Democrat political operative and a lobbyist for Deep State Ballard Partners.
Buchanan
Speir is who embarrassed the Republican establishment Vice Chairman of the U.S House of Representee Ways and Means Committee Buchanan in gaining 40% of the vote against Buchanan in the recent 2024, 16th U.S Congressional campaign.
The virtually politically unknown Speir ran against Buchanan in the Republican primary two years ago and stunned the Republican establishment to gaining name recognition and favorable in receiving 40% of the vote. Spier was outspent by over 7-1 in contributions to the multi-millionaire Buchanan.

Much of the 16th District is in Manatee County, which is a stronghold of deep red Republican conservatism and now with Buchanan's retirement the “elephant in the room” can no longer be ignored, which is a political confrontation between the establishment RPOF centered in Tallahassee and Republican America First activists in Manatee County and beyond.
Pedicini publicly proclaiming at the Manatee County Commission that he is the man behind the seven Manatee County Commissioners he stuffed in Carlos Beruff's pockets in 2022.
The beginning of the confrontation began after the 2024 Manatee County Republican primary, which was after Republican American First grassroots activists led a coalition to takedown the RPOF lavender Tampa based political operative Pedicini’s handpicked Republican establishment candidates.
All of Pedicini’s handpicked candidates were deep in the pockets of Republican establishment” Pay to Play” developers, who had turned the Manatee County Commission into a total Shit Show.
Jensen/Benderson/Beruff/Neal
Records in the 2022 and 2024 Manatee County elections reveal that four major Republican establishment developers, Beruff’s Medallion Home, Neal’s Signature Homes, Randy Benderson’s Benderson Development, and Rex Jensen’s Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, bundle multiple $1,000 contributions – the maximum allowed – towards candidates handpicked by Pedicini and stuffed in those "Pay to Play" contributors’ pockets.

That Manatee County anti-establishment Republican coalition led by Republican America First grassroots activists was formed to take out the Manatee County Commissioners in the pockets of the Republican establishment’s Bruff/Neal Gang turning Manatee County into Paradise

The coalition forgot about what they disagreed about and came together in what they agreed upon and that was to end the Pedicini, Beruff, Neal Shit Show in Manatee County and beyond.
REPUBLICAN ESTABLISHMENT CANDIDATES DEFEATED
All four Pedicini Manatee County Commissionercandidates and a Pedicini Manatee County Supervisor of Election candidate were defeated.

The Republican America First led coalition also elected American First activists Jacqualine Heisse as MREC State Committeewoman and Trent Wayman as MREC State Committeeman.
THE TALLAHASSE BASED FLORIDA ESRTABLISHMENT RPOF SHUT DOWN MREC
Heilmich/Ramba/Power
Following the defeat of the Neal, Beruff, Pedicini Republican establishment candidates the RPOF operating in the Tallahassee swamp under the leadership of Republican establishment lobbyists David Ramba, Evan Power and Bill Heilmich cancelled the election for the Manatee County Republican Executive Committee (MREC) and closed down the MREC.
The shutdown of the REC by the Ramba/Power/Helmich Trio followed Speir being awarded Statesman of the Year at the September 2024 Manatee County Liberty Caucus breakfast.
At that meeting it was announced that the America First grassroots activists’ choice to be Chairman of the MREC was Spier. The organization being one of most politically active and powerful grassroots organizations in the area, Spier was to be the next Chairman of the MREC.
Congressman Buchanan's operatives knowing Manatee County was America First conservative U.S Congressional District, the last thing Buchanan operatives like Goodman desired was a Republican America First Speir to be Chairman of the MREC running againt Buchanan in 2026.
In addition, no way was Goodman going to have Spier suporters Wayman and Heisse, as MREC State Committeeman and woman.
Likewisw, no way was the establishment RPOF operating out the Tallahassee swamp under the direction of three lobbyist—Ramba/Power/Heilmich—were going to have a Republican America First Chairman (Spier) and America First State Committeeman and woman (Wayman and Heisse) in leadership positions at the MREC.
Likewise, the Republican establishment “Pay to Play” Neal/Beruff/ Jensen/Benderson Gang did not desire to see those, who took out their political operative Pedicini handpicked candidates in control of the MREC.
The Republican establishment RPOF proceeded to cancell the MREC election and close down the MREC. while purging hundreds of America First grassroots activists from the MREC.
The RPOF under the leadership of the Ramba, Power, Heilmich Trio also disfranchised American First organization in Manatee County and beyond.
The Manatee County REC is one of 10 County REC in Florida, which has witnessed Republican America First activists being shut out of participating in leadership positions on their local REC. Those 10 REC includes Brill’s SREC.
The Trio after closing the MREC and purging hundreds of America First grassroots activists a few months later reestablished the MREC installing a long time local Republican establishment flunky Mark Flangan, as Chairman of the MREC.
The Trio also purged the elected MREC State Committeeman and woman Wayman and Heisse and replaced them with two of Beruff, Neal, Pedicini handpicked flunkies, Jennings DePriest and Jayne Kocher with both having over $165,000 IRS lien on their homes..
Power appointed MREC Treasurer and MREC State Committeeman DePriest
DePriest was also appointed by Power after closing down the MREC to be the Treasurer of Power’s “caretaker” MREC to cover up thousands of dollars misappropriated by the Chairwoman of the MRE, who is another Republican establishment political operative Pedicini flunky, April Culbreath.
After the shutdown of the MREC at a meeting of Manatee County Liberty Caucus in Palmetto attended by over 100 America First activists, Speir stated the following:
"When we (Republican America First grassroots activists) administer a defeat against the establishment Republican Party, they don't like it and used this RPOF suspension as a retribution. They are trying to kill off the grassroots of the local Republican Party. This is nothing more than retaliation for what happened in taking back our government in Manatee County.”

At that Manatee Liberty Caucus meeting, the then President of the organization, who is one of Florida most respected state-wide Trump America First grassroots activist Kevin Wright, affirmed they are going nowhere and will demonstrate that their Constitutional rights were being violated by the Tallahassee based RPOF.

Jack May, who was also at the Liberty Caucus meeting and is another statewide respected Trump America First activist, as President of the Manatee Patriots was firmly behind the reopening of the MREC and elections held to determine the leadership of the MREC, which never occurred.
The shutdown of the MREC, purging hundreds of American Fitrst activist, closing down America First organizations, deposing Wayman and Heisse,. installing handpicked Republican establishment flunkies to lead the MREC exemplified a corrupt political organization operating in the Talllahasse sTwamp .
The multi millionaire lobbyist Ramba, who has stuffed the RPOF's Power and Heilmich in his pockets tries to get a photo of an early race from Millionaires' Row before the 137th running of the Kentucky Derby.
The Sarasota Phoenix has reported that Ramba, who is the “top dog” in this RPOF Trio has allowed Power, Helmich and their cronies to operate the RPOF like a bunch of drunks purging hundreds of America First activists and numerous of their organizations.
The Sarasota Phoenix is now reporting that those purged America First grassroots activists have risen like the Phoenix in the 16th Unites States Congressional District. They are now eagerly awaiting to take on the handpicked candidate of the Florida Republican establishment RPOF under the leadership of Power and Helmich, who Ramba has allowed to operate like a bunch of drunks in the Tallahassee swamp.
