This circus of a trial presided over by Brewer is all about the Deep State Establishment Republican Party (RPOF) taking out MAGA Republican America First activists in Sarasota County.
This circus of a trial is all about the RPOF operating in the Tallahassee swamp of Florida using “house money” and in collaboration with the local Sarasota County Republican Executive Committee (SREC) is proceeding to take out MAGA Republican America First activists in Sarasota County.
The RPOF in filing this bogus lawsuit against MAGA Republican America First activists was all about taking out those opposing the SREC, which had become a UNI Party collaborating with UNI Party Democrats deep in the pockets of “Pay to Play” developers.
Local political hack Brill
This circus that has ended up in a Venice courtroom presided over by Judge Brewer began over two years ago when the largest Republican club in Sarasota County (The Republican Club of South Sarasota County (RCSSC) had enough of the inept leadership of the SREC Chairman Jack
Brill.
Brill had just led an election that saw three Democrats defeat three Republicans in Venice City Council races and two Democrat Sarasota County School Board members defeating two Republicans.
The over 370 members of RCSSC membership voted to rescind their membership to RPOF and formed the America First Southwest Florida Caucus. transferring the money collected from over those 370 members of the RCSSC into the America First organization with no dissent from the RCSSC members.
A few weeks later a group of eleven Brill flunkies led by Mark Frandsen, Matt Soldano and Donna Carter attempted to reestablish the defunct RCSSC and unbelievable demanded the new formed America First club give them over $10,000 they legitimately transferred to their newly formed club.
The RPOF alleging that fellow Republicans had stolen $10,000, a banner, a coffee maker, Christmas decorations, and other nebulous items initiated a lawsuit against the American First club and four of its members is absurd.
The Brill flunky Carter, who parachutted in Sarasota less than five years ago presently led ckub does not have eoough members to fill a telephone booth. The club's web page and Facebook page is as phony as Carter's club.

Brewer is being aided in making a mockery of local judicial system by local Democrat and a former Democrat candidate for the Florida State Senate, Morgan Bentley, who is a UNI Party Democrat operating inside the SREC collaborating with Brewer to take out America First activists.
While major local media outlets are nowhere to be seen, the RPOF has engaged a Democrat attorney Bentley, who is being paid over a hundred thousand dollars by the RPOF to take out local America First activists in a Venice courtroom presided over by a Neal handpicked Judge Brewer.
The Deep State Republican establishment RPOF operating in the Tallahassee swamp financed the Democrat Bentley to make an example of Republican America First activists, who chose not to be part of SREC chaired by Brill.
A SREC that has become a political entity made up of members saying not a word, as Brill and a select few of his cronies has had the SREC joined together with local Democrats to form a UNI Party controlled by “Pay to Play” developers.
Bentley and Brewer are to take out America First activists, who would not go along with Brill’s SREC UNI Party as Democrats win Venice Council positions, Democrats win School Board positions and Democrats win City of Sarasota Commission positions.
NEAL "DOG AND PONY'S" 12th JUDICIAL DISTRICT NOMINATING COMMITTEE
Brewer is part of Neal manipulating the local judicial system by having judges resigning near the end of their terms, which is just months before an election is held for voters to select the judge replacing the retiring judge.
Brewer has sought her Godfather Neal’s endorsement, kissing his ring and has been rewarded by being appointed judge on two separate occasions. Brewer is among other local politicians, who have kissed the ring of the local Godfather Neal.
Hall
In 2016 Brewer came before e Neal Nominating Committee chaired by Neal to replace the retiring Judge Don Hall, as the DeSoto County Judge. Neal’s Nominating Committee proceeds to select Brewer and Governor Rick Scott approves the Neal selection.
Riva
In 2018, Brewer gets another Neal kiss as his Nominating Committee selects Brewer to replace the retiring Johnes Riva as a local Circuit judge. This time Governor Ron Deantis proceeds to appoint Brewer to be a local Circuit judge stuffed in Neal’s pocket. (BTW, Neal has controlled the Nominating Committee since 1998)
On both occasions after getting appointed, Brewer files with the Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections with the $6,250 filing requirement and running unopposed, Brewer becomes part of many local judges deep in Neal’s pocket.
It doesn’t take anyone involved in the local political process to understand that very few are going to run against Brewer or the other handpicked Neal judges, who are Neal/Scott/DeSantis appointed judges or endorsed by Neal’s handpicked Sarasota County Sheriff, the State
Attorney and over a hundred local lawyers, who are all part of the corrupt local Judicial system.
Brewer exhibited her loyalty to Godfather Neal appointments by “rejecting a challenge by the North Venice Neighborhood Alliance members to reject a decision by the Venice City Council approving a change that allowed Border and Jacaranda Holdings, LLC, the company controlled
by developer Pat Neal that owns 10.4 acres at the intersection of Jacaranda Boulevard and Laurel Road, to develop a commercial center potentially anchored by a Publix at that site” Reported in SHT on 6/12/24.
Brewer is one of over thirty local judges handpicked by Neal, who has been on this private club called the 12TH Judicial Nominating Committee since 1998 making sure that judges selected will not be making decisions not favorable to their Godfather Neal.
Brewer has become another judge, who will give another prime example of how totally corrupt the Neal 12th Judicial District has become and will undoubtable rule against the America First club and rule in favor of the RPOF and the SREC controlled by Neal, Randy Benderson and other Neal cronies.
A example of one of Neal subverting the local judicial system occurred in the same Venice courtroom that Brewer compromised the integrity of local justice system,
Anderson
On a Friday afternoon in 6/19/2019, Neal sat and listened while Deborah Anderson described how Neal had used a major political operative, William Stafford Jones out of Tallahassee, to hire 68 year-old Ann Stone---a woman living in a trailer in a remote area of Alachua
County---to put a PAC together to take down Anderson, as a Venice City Council
member.
Anderson made the statement in her lawsuit against Neal for fraudulently conspiring to use Stone to defeat her re-election.
Bonner
Despite clearly showing Neal using Stone in a criminal conspiracy in violation of campaign finance laws, Judge Kimberly Bonner, and Judge Lee Haworth on two separate occasions dismissed Anderson lawsuits against Stone and Neal.
It is no coincident that Neal’s attorney on that day is the same attorney Bentley, who is the attorney for the RPOF to take out America First candidates.
Jones
No coincident that the notorious dark PAC political operative out of Tallahassee, Stafford Jones is the same political hack that Bentley used as a witness to take out America First activists in Brewer’s circus of a trial.
Angley
It was no coincident that Brewer over ruled on numerous objections by America First activist Terry Amgley attorney Chris DeCosta to the vicious attack Bentley used in questioning Angley.
Bentley and Brewer had no respect for the over 20 years of service Angley has given the Republican Party, as being one of the most respected Republican America First activist in Florida and beyond,
No coincidence that Brewer has turned down seven requests by attorney DeCosta appeals to end this circus, which has lasted for over two years and resulted in over $200,000 in legal fees. Not to mention thousands of dollars in court costs.
It is scandalous that Neal, a non-attorney, has served on the 12th Judicial District Nominating
Committee since 1998 selecting judges like Brewer and influencing judge selection processes that lack public approval and contribute to a questionable election system.
Neal has been appointing local judges like Brewer since 1998 being appointed by his former Democrat Governor Lawton Chiles and been reappointed by his now Republican former Governor's Jeb Bush, Charlie Crist, Rick Scott and now Governor Ron DeSantis in 2018.
Neal is not on the committee to promote the best interests of the public. Neal is on the committee only to make sure he and the other members of his” Pay to Play” developers continue to grease the local political machine, which includes the local Brill UNI Party SREC.
Review past land use case decisions made by judges in Neal's circles to see how these rulings have consistently favored Neal and his associates.
Review the SREC financial records and one will find thousands of dollars to Democrat Attorney Bentley financing Brill personally and pushing the Brill UNI Party agenda.
It is a total disgrace that this circus of a trial that just ended will result in example of how a corrupt 12th Judicial Nominating Committee has become, as Brewer no doubt will rule in favor
of the Depp State RPOF operating out of the Tallahassee and the local UNI Party SREC swamp.
A disgraceful example of Neal Deep State Judge Brewer ruling against a local MAGA America First club with over 370 members.
Only in this local corrupt Judicial system can a Deep State Republican Establishment Neal handpicked Judge Brewer take out a Republican MAGA American First club with over 370 activists’ members.
