DeSANTIS IN BED WITH BERUFF AND PEDICINI TURNING MANATEE COUNTY INTO A ONE HUGE SHIT SHOW
In one of the clearest examples that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is deep in the pockets of “Pay To Play” developer, Carlos Beruff is the DeSantis’s appointment of James Satcher for the Manatee Supervisor of Elections.

This appointment is by far the clearest example that DeSantis is pimping for Beruff, who along with Beruff’s political operative Anthony Pedicini has turned Manatee County Government into a total Shit Show.
Beruff is nothing more than a gangster from Miami, who uses Pedicini to demonize the opponents of his handpicked Manatee County Commissioners.
These two gangsters are the reasons why a right-wing nut case Satcher is now the Manatee SOE, as Beruff and Neal have stuffed Florida Governor DeSantis deep in their pockets
The only reason DeSantis chooses this right-wing nut case, Satcher is that DeSantis has received millions of dollars in campaign contributions from Beruff, Pat Neal and their cronies stuffed in DeSantis pockets and continues to want them filled.
Neal and his local "Pay to Play" developers have made $millions, as folks have flocked to Florida since DeSantis has become Governor. In return, DeSantis has been tapping real estate donors and attracting money from the industry.
DeSsantis contributions, more than $6.5 million came from the real estate industry. Beruff in a recent POLITICO article stated “The biggest reason I can think of is that we are all making a lot of money.'
Even when DeSantis presidential campaign was in the gutter, Beruff and his cronies put together a fundraiser for the Governor of Florida stuffed in their pockets for the rest of DeSantis's term.
DeSANTIS APPOINTMENT OF SATCHER IS "HIGH-WATER MARK FOR POLITCAL HACKERY"
One has to agree what local reporter Mark Masferrer has written: “Satcher’s appointment to run the elections office is a high-water mark for the political hackery and party-over-competence ethos that have come to define county government since 2020 in Manatee County. It makes the commission’s decisions in 2021 to force out former county administrator Cheri Coryea to make room for future accused felon Scott Hopes and later to keep Vanessa “Vaccinegate” Baugh as its chairwoman, look quaint.”

It is totally shocking that DeSantis chose Satcher, who is one of the seven Manatee County Commissioners that Beruff’s political operative out of Ybor City, Pedicini wrapped a flag around and placed a Bible in their hands to turn Manatee County Government into a total Shit Show.
If there is any doubt that DeSantis is nothing more than a hack politician pimping for “Pay to Play” developers like Beruff is this Satcher appointment.
Satcher is totally unqualified for this position and everyone involved in Manatee County government is aware of that. DeSantis attempt to push Satcher’s appointment because he is minister operating out some van and takes trips to Haiti to bring food and medicine is a qualification to be the Manatee Supervisor of Elections is absurd.

Once again DeSantis and his bag man Beruff believes Pedicini can once again wrap a flag around Satcher and place a Bible in Satcher’s hand, as he did with Kevin Van Ostenbridge and the other Manatee Commissioners to convince Mantatee voters that Satcher is qualified to be the Manatee SOE.
It is laughable if it was not so disgraceful that Beruff’s pimp DeSantis choose the bottom feeder Satcher over the No. 2 officials at the Mantee SOE, Scott Farrington. This position is not for an ideological hack like Satcher.
The position is for a professional like Farrington, who has served 11 years, as retiring Manatee SOE Michael Bennett's number two and previously served as a top official in the Sarasota County's SOE office. He is the only certified elections administrator in Manatee County and also holds the title of Florida Master Certified Election Professional.

DeSantis paid no attention that in Bennett resignation letter, Bennet recommended his longtime chief of staff, Farrington, for the post. All DeSantis pays attention to is Beruff, Neal and the other developers, who pump $millions into DeSantis’s pockets.
Farrington has resigned since DeSantis appointed Satcher and has filed to run for the SOE seat.
Satcher is the same guy who had been evicted from his residences 13 times before Neal provided a residence so Satcher could have a place to live while he ran for the Mantee County Commission in 2020.
Satcher is the same guy who bounced a 10 dollar check while running for the Commission before Beruff drooped $30,000 into his campaign for County Commission.
DeSantis believes Satcher will make a good Supervisor of Election because Sacher and his wife show up at strip joints preaching the Bible to strippers and then brings them home to continue their come to Jesus’ sessions.
Doesn’t bother the Satcher’s that neighbors complained their converts sun bath naked in their backyards to have an even tan when they go back to work at the strip joints.
Farrington is not someone like Satcher, who spends time chasing down nude dances in strip joints.
To put someone like Satcher running the Manatee SOE, whose ultra far right extremists political leaning has demonstrated himself to be so fiercely partisan that only someone like DeSantis could possibly believe Satcher could maintain the non-partisan requirements of this office.
Manatee County residents be they conservative, liberal, Democrat, Republican or Independent are worried about local democracy, after DeSantis named Satcher, as the county’s interim elections administrator.
Since he was elected as a Manatee County Commissioner, Satcher has used his position to fight right-wing culture battles than in actually governing on behalf of his constituents.
Satcher has been lackey for “Pay to Play” developers, who never fails to be a reliable pro-development vote, like last year’s decision to roll back protections of wetlands in Manatee County.
Beruff and the Neal Gang responded by bankrolling his re-election campaign for County Commissioner. That was before DeSantis appointed Satcher to screw up the Manatee SOE.
Rainford
DeSantis appointment of Stacher continues his pimping for Beruff and Neal, as exemplified by DeSantis appointing Neal Rainford for Sarasota County Commissioner in District 3 followed by appointing another Beruff and Neal flunky Ray Turner for Manatee County Commissioner in District 5 replacing Vanessa Baugh.

DeSantis picked the carpetbagger Rainford over the three-time Sarasota County Sheriff Tom Knight. Rainford only claim to fame was being a Neal flunky on the Sarasota Planning Board.

Then there is State Rep Tommy Gregory being appointed by DeSantis to be the President of the local State College of Florid-Manatee/Sarasota after getting the O.K from Beruff and his cronies, who has been mentioned countless times to have DeSantis stuffed in their pockets.

Gregory planning the neural role, who he supports is just more b.s put out by Gregory since Gregory’s team has jumped on board the Beruff handpicked candidate, Rich Tatem. Another Pedicini candidate with a flag wrapper around him and a Bible in his hand.
No doubt DeSantis will continue stuffing Beruff handpicked candidate to the County Commission to replace Stacher remaining term on the County Commission.
One must wonder if DeSantis know how totally corrupt Beruff has turned Manatee County into a Shit Show, as he continues to make these political appointments for Beruff.
Culbreath
Does DeSantis know that Beruff and Pedicini have heading up the local Manatee REC and their handpicked candidate for Manatee County Commission in District 7, April Culbreath has a personnel file at the Manatee Sheriff Department, which includes among other damaging issues that she was having sex while on duty.
Despite those troubling extra curriculum activities while at the Manatee County Sheriff Department, Pedicini will also wrap a flag around Culbreath with a Bible in her hand to get her elected to the County Commission.
How about a macho man Beruff handpicked male Manatee County Commissioner having sex with another man at the Manatee County Administrator Building?
Is DeSantis aware that Beruff has sent out Pedicini to try and find someone to run against the sitting local States Attorney Ed Brosky, which is due to Brodsky pursuing criminal charges against Beruff former handpicked Manatee County Administrator Scott Hopes?

Does anyone not now understand why DeSantis’s Presidential campaign was not a Shit Show after observing who DeSantis appoints to key political position in places like Sarasota and Manatee Counties?
Just think what the appointments in the DeSantis Presidency would have been after this latest Satcher disgraceful appointment to the Mantee Supervisor of Elections, which has followed those handpicked candidates of the two Shit Bums from Miami and Ybor City—CARLOS BERUFF AND ANTHONY PEDICINI.
