BERUFF/BENDERSON FLUNKY IVELL TAKES CONTROL OF THE SARASOTA REPUBLICAN WOMENS CLUB
DID BENDERSON FUNNEL IN $10,000 TO LOCAL REC TO TAKE OUT RAMIREZ?

A Carlos Beruff and Randy Benderson flunky, Linda Ivell defeated Lourdes Ramirez for President of the Sarasota County Republican Women’s Club on 5/3/25 at the Michaels on East venue.
Brill
Ivell was recruited by the Chairman of the Sarasota County Republic Executive Committee (REC), Jack Brill on behalf of Randy Benderson, who has turned the once Sarasota County paradise into a parking lot.
Ramirez, as President of the largest Republican Club in Sarasota for six years doubled the membership of the club and left the club with over $80,000 in the club’s treasury. That did not matter to Beruff, Benderson, Ivell, and Brill who is another Beruff/Benderson flunky.
Ivell is but another carpetbagger moving to Sarasota, who sucks up to the developers turning Sarasota into Paradise lost. Ivell presently sells real estate on the major Beruff controversial, Aqua by the Bay development.
The Beruff 529-acre ecological disaster development in Bradenton along Sarasota Bay called Aqua on the Bay includes 510 houses, 2,384 multifamily residential units and 78,000 square feet of commercial space, which turns the area into a giant traffic cluster disaster.
Ivell parachuted into Manatee County from Pasco County a few years ago and upon arrival decided she would make a great Manatee County Republican State committeewoman. The members did not agree and proceeded to sounded defeat Ivell. By the way, Ivell has not been seen at Manatee REC meetings since getting run out.
Ivell was one of 52 new members who joined the Woman’s club in March when the election process began, which was coincidently the same March that Benderson donated $10,000 to Brill’s run REC.
Just as they do in big Democrat cities in Philadelphia, Detroit, New York, etc. in putting “money on the street” to buy votes, no doubt the $75 dollars need to join the club to the 52 new members made their way into their pockets.
It is laughable and Incredible that Ivell, who lives in Manatee County and wants to run a club based in Sarasota showed up with 51 other women attending their first and only meeting of the club and actually toke out Ramirez---THAT ONLY HAPPENS WHERE UNI PARTIES RULE.
Mast and Baugh
Ivell comes from the same clique as her two allies in the Women’s Club, Teresa Mast and Vanessa Baugh, who hustle money from the likes of Beruff, Benderson, Pat Neal and Rex Jensen to gain votes to be stuffed in their pockets---THERE IS A WORD FOR THAT HUSTLE WE ALL KNOW.
Ramirez may have lost the election, but she walked away with more class and dignity than the Ivell, Mast and Baugh trio can hope to achieve stuffed in the pockets of those they service.
Mast, who is running for Sarasota County Commission is so deep in the Beruff/Neal/ Benderson/Jensen pockets, she needs a flash light to get out.
It is almost laughable if was not disgraceful how Ivell’s supporter Mast is similar to those ladies who stand on street corners looking for kisses for a job well done
For example, just follow the money and you will see the kisses Mast has received from those running Sarasota County Government to her County Commission campaign.
One will find 10, $1,000 contributions from Neal, 10, $1,000 contributions from Beruff, 10, $1,000 contributions from Benderson and 10, $1,000 contributions from Jensen. That is $40,00 worth of kisses for Mast.
The other Ivell supporter, Baugh needs little to revealed how she was such a walking/talking Neal/Beruff/Jensen/ Benderson flunky while serving on the Manatee County Commission.
Most observers believe she was forced to retire from the Manatee County Commission by the JUNTA because she had embarrassed them for being too much of a suck up to them. A JUNTA, who rules Sarasota County like some South American Junta.
RAMIREZ LONG TIME THORN TO THE JUNTA AND BRILL
Unlike Ivell, Mast/ Baugh sucking up to the Junta, Ramirez has been a constant thorn in the side of Brill and the Neal/Jensen/Beruff/Benderson JUNTA, who have stuffed every politician and near every local judge in Sarasota County in their pockets.
Ramirez has run numerous times for the Sarasota County Commission against JUNTA candidates. Having been outspend sometimes 10-1 in campaign contributions, it was near impossible for Ramirez to defeat the candidates in the pockets of Neal/Beruff/Benderson/ Jensen Junta.
Ramirez up until recently has not really been a threat to the Junta candidates, who outspent Ramirez spending hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Junta and their cronies on flyers stuffed in mailboxes throughout Sarasota County to defeat Ramirez.
Pedicini
Then there was the JUNTA dirt bag consultant from Ybor City, Anthony Pedicini using dirty dark PAC money from PAC’s coming out of Tallahassee to pump thousands of flyers throughout Sarasota County attacking Ramirez as a candidate.
Jones
The PAC coming out of Tallahassee were managed by another dirt bag working for the JUNTA, Stafford Jones.

RAMIREZ HAS BECOME A MAJOR THREAT TO A JUNTA LEADER—RANDY BENDERSON
Unfortunately for Ramirez in seeking re- election to Sarasota Women’s Club, she has now become a major obstacle since she recently became a major threat to a JUNTA leader, Randy Benderson in his continued moves to turn Sarasota into another Ft. Lauderdale.
One needs not to be reminded what Benderson has down with his proposed Promenade development on Stickney Point and U.S 41.
The carpetbagger Benderson, who has brought his major urban sprawl with him from Buffalo desires to continue to push his urban sprawl from his development on Stickney Point and U.S 41 to Siesta Key.
Case in point, there is a now proposed Benderson hotel on Siesta Key. Once again as in the past, Ramirez is leading the fight against Benderson latest massive urban sprawl project on Siesta Key. THUS, ACCORDING TO BENDERSON—RAMIREZ NEEDS TO BE OUT OF ANY REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP POSITION.
What Siesta Key will look like if hotels are built
Benderson is well aware that Ramirez is the one who put together a successful court case against those wishing to turn Siesta Key into another South Miami Beach by building numerous hotels on Siesta Key. Thus, Ramirez became a Benderson target since the Buffalo carpetbagger now wants to put a hotel on Siesta Key.
Benderson has recently purposed to put a hotel on Siesta Key joining together with Gary Kompothecras and others to make Siesta Key one major traffic and environmental nightmare.
The 147-room hotel the Benderson proposes on Siesta Key would be along Ocean Boulevard and Calle Menorca across the road from the Siesta Key Oyster Bar.
Benderson, Kompothecras and others are moving forward with pushing their urban sprawl to build their hotels on Siesta Key despite a previous judicial judgement turning previous attempts to build hotels on Siesta Key.
RAMIREZ REFUSED TO TURN OVER LIST TO BRILL AND HIS DIRT BAG POITICAL OPERATIVES
Another reason Ramirez was a thorn in the side to the Junta, who wanted their flunky mouthpiece Ivell to replace Ramirez is that Ramirez refused to turn over the list of the members of the womens club to Brill's establishment REC.
Ramirez knew that if those lists of members were turned over to the REC UNI Party under Brill, the lists would be turned over to JUNTA dirt bag political operatives like Pedicini and another dirt consultant on the East Coast, Randy Neilsen.
Hundreds of thousands of dollars in local REC expenditures have been turned over to Pedicini consultant company out of Ybor City SIMWINS and Neilsen’s consultant company Public Concepts out of Jupiter. Both Pedicini and Neilsen take down anti-establishment candidates, not only in Sarasota, but throughout Florida.
There is little doubt that under the Ivell leadership of the Sarasota Republican Womens Club those lists with members names and pertinent information will find their way into the hands of dirt bag political operatives like Pedicini, Neilsen and other dirt bags like Brill.
THE SARASOTA REPUBLICAN CLUB HAS BECOME ANOTHER CLUB IN THE POCKETS OF NEAL, BERUFF, BENDERSON JENSEN JUNTA
If anyone believes that the Sarasota Republican Woman Club now has any legitimacy or that it has not become just another organization like the other local REC in the pockets of developers like Neal, Beruff, Benderson and Jensen after the defeat of Ramirez consider this:
Under Ramirez, as President of Sarasota Republican Women Club the club has become the largest Republican club in Sarasota County with Ramirez doubling the membership and having over $80,000 in their treasury.
With those and many other accomplishments, Ramirez was defeated by a Beruff/Benderson flunky like Ivell, who lives in Manatee County, sells real estate in the Beruff ecological disaster development Aqua by the Bay development and has attended only one meeting in the 74 years the club has been in existence since running for President of the club in March of this year.
SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY NOT RIGHT WITH REPUBLICAN POLITICS IN SARASOTA COUNTY
By thw way, none the JUNTA's flunkies or the other dirts bags working for the JUNTA have returned the calls from the Sarasota Phoenix.
